The play off for the Senior League title between Section ‘A’ winners Auchencairn and Section’B’ winners Gatehouse was held today at New Abbey. In a tight finish Gatehouse held on to win by 2 shots. Gatehouse was presented with the Dumfriesshire & Stewartry Inter County Cup today.
The Cup was presented to Gatehouse President James Cruickshanks Junior by Inter County Chairman Hamish Sinclair.
The Gatehouse team was Rink 1 - David Kiltie, James Cruickshanks Senior & Junior and Billy Doak
Rink 2 - Tom Rogers, Jock Wallace, George Baily and Harry McLeod
